Store return & refund policy

If purchases received are damaged and or faulty please inform us within 7 days of the items arrival, by sending an email with an explanation as to what the issue with the product is and a picture (if possible). The faulty item will not need to be returned to us but will be replaced at no costs incurred to you.

Please send your email here. The item is only covered for 30 days for faults or issues if they are experienced.
Please note we will only refund via the method in which we were paid by you, however, we are more than happy to replace the item that was selected in the original purchase or provide you with a store credit.


To receive a refund or exchange the product must be in new condition, the condition it was received in, and not worn or show evidence of wear & tear
